So I was asked this question by a manager in a Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta and I was shocked at his response. To which I responded that it was just my personal preference but I am not sure that I could go anywhere in a restaurant with shorts and flip-flops. To which his response was that I could go anywhere I wanted and that he felt my dress was uncomfortable. As I walked away I was left with a feeling of disgust and I have never felt so insulted.
