The Georgia Children’s Museum has been a winner amongst the local community since it opened its doors in 1996. The museum has four floors of interactive exhibits, along with a primary mission to stimulate the minds of young children through exploration, discovery, and play. It is a great place to take the kids to have some fun, and also a good place to take a break and get your energy up before tackling the Atlanta shopping scene.

The goal is to provide hands-on, minds-on experiences that encourage children’s curiosity and love of learning. We invite parents and other caregivers to play with their children as they explore the Museum and its exhibits. As children and adults interact with the exhibits, they develop an understanding of the world around them. This unique Museum inspires and celebrates the unlimited possibilities of childhood.
