It is located along the 8400 block of Marietta Boulevard in Tucker, GA. It is a 10,000-square-foot commercial retail center located directly across the street from the Empire Cinemas (a 16-screen cineplex) in the heart of the Tucker business district. It is adjacent to the Empire Center (an upscale shopping center anchored by a Publix supermarket and other retail stores) as well as several other restaurants and retailers, including The Grand Deli, The Gourmet Deli, and Restaurant, and Calhoun’s.

The center has been in operation since 2005 and offers easy ingress and egress and easy access to and from the I-285 and I-75 corridors.

Empire Square is a small neighborhood shopping center that is just north of I-285 at the intersection of Hwy 130 and I-285. Empire Square is bordered on the west by I-285 and on the east by the backyards of residences on Hwy 138. This project is in the heart of the city and is expected to have a positive impact on the local community. For many years, the city has worked to revitalize the area, and the results of the hard work are finally coming to fruition.

The neighborhood is well maintained with beautiful landscaping and streetscape. The neighborhood has safe parks and is an excellent location for families with young children. The elementary school is an excellent school building to send your children to. The town is not too big and not too small. The crime rate is very low with low traffic and very little noise pollution. The town is about twenty minutes from major interstates.

It is very nice and quiet, and the homes are very well constructed. I love the size of my home and the privacy that comes with it. The neighborhood has a lot of young couples and families with kids, so it is very kid-friendly. I am very happy with my decision to move to Tucker, and I definitely recommend the community to others.

Empire Square was an art-deco highrise in Atlanta, Georgia, completed in 1929. Rising 264 ft (80 m), the skyscraper was the tallest building in Georgia until 1932, when the Candler Building was completed. Empire Square was demolished in 1989 to make way for the 41-story One Empire Plaza. Tucker was a suburb of Atlanta, now absorbed into the city. The Atlanta neighborhoods of Adair Park, Lakewood Heights, and portions of Grant Park, Sherwood Forest, and Ormond were also once separate cities.

The Empire Square is one of the more interesting structures that has recently been built in Atlanta, and at the same time, it is one of the least known by the public. The school is actually an architectural and engineering marvel, boasting all of the latest technologies in building, including a unique, “super” concrete of peerless quality. The building was the first project in the South to utilize the latest in construction management systems. It also boasts a state-of-the-art auditorium with a computerized sound system, and a massive library better than most in the state.
